Sausage ships frozen in a cooler with dry ice and ice packs to ensure safe temperature throughout it’s journey to you.
The Five Flavors: Hickory & Applewood, Aged Cheddar, Maple & Brown Sugar, Chicken & Bacon, & Spicy 3 - Pepper

Shipping Details:  Sausages ship frozen, using a combination of dry ice and ice packs in shipping coolers to ensure safe temperature throughout it’s journey to you. We typically ship out Tuesdays unless the shipment will arrive in 1 day then we will ship out Wednesday or even Thursday.  We ship out of Chicago.

They can be frozen for up to 6 months. Once thawed, they have a six week shelf life until opened.  Use within 4 days after opening.

Amazing Sausages

I recently hosted a graduation party for my daughter, with around 40 guests and served a variety of sausages and hot dogs from Big Fork Brands. It was an absolute hit!

The selection of flavors allowed guests to choose their favorites, The sausages are juicy, flavorful, and a breeze to grill, and everyone had seconds. The craftsmanship in each product was evident, as they offered a gourmet twist on a beloved classic.
