Tikka Masala is one of my family's favorite recipes. It's just so good and flavorful, I decided why not try it with our bacon sausage instead of chicken.
Since the sausage has so much flavor "inside" this dish is even more flavorful then when you just use chicken. AND this dish is amazing as leftovers since the complexity of the sausage and the sauce will take hours to completely marry.
