There are several ways to bake salmon. Here are some popular methods:
Simple baked salmon - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet, skin side down. Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Lemon and herb baked salmon - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and dill), salt, and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Teriyaki glazed salmon - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet, skin side down. Brush with teriyaki sauce and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the oven and brush with more teriyaki sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.

Place salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet skin side down.
Liberally spread the Chicago Sauce all over the top of the salmon and using a brush or your fingers, spread the sauce out evenly.

Marinate for 45 - 1 hour.
Bake in a 425F oven for 16 - 18 minutes. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
